THE OPPORTUNITY

Beamtree was launched in October 2021, following the merger and acquisition of three founding companies, PKS, Pavilion Health and Potential. Beamtree is a data analytics and solution company providing data, insights and action for the betterment of healthcare. Assisting clients for more than two decades, Beamtree helps health providers make better decisions thanks to pioneering data insights and benchmarking – all in the interests of improved patient care and resource allocation. THE ROLE

As a result of their growth and development Beamtree is now seeking to appoint a Manager, Client Relationships and Business Development (Manager). Reporting to the Head of Relationships and Business Development, the role will be responsible for sales and growth of Beamtree products & services. The role will be responsible for driving the commercial success and customer loyalty of the Beamtree portfolio within the defined territory.

This will be achieved by identifying, informing, and building advocates within the healthcare community. The role requires the Manager to engage in peer-to-peer relationships with executives, healthcare professionals including state, national and international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the health service market.

Priority features of the role will be to:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to increase access, market understanding, client support via executives and health care professionals.
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets through the development of strategic partnerships and business growth opportunities.
  • Enhance the knowledge and benefits of Beamtree’ s portfolio with healthcare clients within the specified territory so they become advocates and promoters of Beamtree products.
  • Develop, create and manage key accounts aligned with Beamtree’s growth strategy.
  • Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders to drive state, national, international networks for learning, development and growth.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate experience against the following selection criteria:

  1. 1.Demonstrated experience developing business development strategies and plans within the healthcare industry.
  2. 2.Depth of experience in developing, executing, and managing strategic business partnerships to drive the implementation of project outcomes.
  3. 3.Excellent customers relationships management, communications and presentation skills
  4. 4.Experience working within a healthcare and hospital environment, and an understanding of clinical coding.
  5. 5.Experience selling technical/software would be advantageous.
  6. 6.High level of commercial acumen, with experience in technical/ software advantageous
